I was going to get a profitec 300 when I came across a isomac zaffiro 220v on ebay. The price was attractive so i ended up getting it.
Looking for a 220v timer. Would something like this http://ebay.to/2mvWH4n work ? The machine has the standard 2 round prong cord and I cant seem to find a 220 receptacle with the same style prong

I already have a 220v set up for my compressor so I now a need to wire one for the machine. Any idea on what breaker amperage I should use ?

The breaker should be sized to match the size of your wiring, not the load you might plug into it. I'd buy a timer with NEMA 240V plugs and put a new NEMA 6-15P plug on the Isomac.

Always use a GFCI.
