La Pavoni PUB V1 (2004) vs. Iberital L'anna (2011) ?

Hi folks,
I'm trying to determine which machine would serve my kitchen / man cave better :
1) La Pavoni PUB-V1 (single group) (same as photo attached) - it's 110V with an external rotary pump. Machine is circa 2004.
2) Iberital L'anna single group. It's set up for 220V and has in internal rotary pump. Machine is 2011 model (with "non rotating" water and steam wand knob)
Both machines are very clean --- the iberital is COMPLETE -- the La Pavoni I need to buy the portafilter.... but otherwise looks very clean.
I'm mechanically and electrically inclined and comfortable restoring things etc.
My questions for the group -- which machine do I keep and put in my kitchen (probably man cave since this wife is not a coffee fan) - and which to I pass on ? Is one better than the other and in what way ?
