Here's the profile I went with for FOTR, good for second place after a tiebreaker. This was a 560g batch in a Victory 2k roaster.

I also sorted all the coffee for defect pre-roast, finding three full blacks and a bunch of insect damaged and pulper nicked seeds. I groomed post roast as well.

Thank you for the profile! I watched the tasting, but it was all describing sensoric impressions.
Now I can imagine how it was roasted.
