Working on espresso machines is not my normal business but, recently working on a Livia 90 (essentially a Bezzera BZ99), was fruitful. The group solenoid valve was obstructed with descaling debris.

They were super unresponsive in returning my calls and emails this time. I eventually got sick of waiting on them and just ordered what I thought I needed. Thankfully I was right. :D They have helped in the past though pretty well, though.
