WOW, how does that even happen? I would think they line up the parts for assemble on a metro cart. I guess someone pulled the wrong part for you S/N in the workflow?

The elements are mostly identical looking. You can see the wattage stamping "W500" on element on the right.
Now THAT's a funny one!!!

I'm presuming LM picked up the tab for that one. As well as the egg on their face. :D

LM did send me a new element for a self repair.
