WOW, how does that even happen? I would think they line up the parts for assemble on a metro cart. I guess someone pulled the wrong part for you S/N in the workflow?

The elements are mostly identical looking. You can see the wattage stamping "W500" on element on the right.
I'm presuming LM picked up the tab for that one. As well as the egg on their face.

LM did send me a new element for a self repair.
