This was a great documentary, I watched it, coincidentally on a flight to Los Angeles. Depicts true stories of several baristas and their performances at national championships. I think any of you that check it out, will like it ! I had to pay $6.00 to watch it, but I live that type of lifestyle so I went ahead.

Noticed it's on Amazon prime video. Plan to check it out soon.

I saw the film last night. It's informative and really entertaining. I had no idea these championships were so serious, definitely recommended!

We loved Barista. If you liked it, find "Somm" (the story of candidates for certification as sommeliers). It's similar in nature and every bit as interesting and enjoyable (at least, to my wife and me).

My favorite quote was from Carole Meredith, professor emerita from U.C. Davis: "Can there be any other business where there is so much BS"?

Seems to me coffee may fast be going down that same track...
