Hi,

I am maintaining a millenium europiccola and I want to clean and remove the plastic grouphead insert. But I have not found any instructions how to remove. Is there any specific way (unscrew) or should I just try to pull it off? On the inside top there are several grooves under which I could be able to put some lever. Thanks

Removal of the sleeve is really only necessary when replacing it. You can sufficiently clean the group otherwise. It unscrews out and you can purchase a special tool, or improvise, as in the following thread:
