I have a LMLM and use the 17g LM Strada branded 18g VST basket.

The Eazytamp 58.4 mm tamper is very helpful with the VSTs. Perfect fit and a dead level tamp every time.

Single dose mythos, maximum fill is 40 grams in the throat.
My favorite espresso grinder that isn't an ek43.
I would take the Mythos over a k30 (although I have only used the k30 twin)
I also noise dampened the crap out of my grinder so it doesn't wake the family up for my morning brew.
