Hi all, I have a Rocket Espresso Milano which has been brilliant for the last 3 years or so, and suddenly the steam wand has lost pressure - when I turn the dial, there is nothing.
I replaced the valve rod, but still nothing has changed... does anyone know what the probable problem is?

Cheers

Sounds like scale clogging the pipes or boiler outlet.

Can't really help with a "diagnostic" but did you change the valve rod by yourself? This machine is in fact a good one, I think you should just cry for help for Rocket Espresso and look for authorized assistance, they are huge, my concern is you spending more money doing it by yourself instead of just giving them the money to get it fixed, this is an expensive and good machine after all
