To further add to my excitement/confusion, instead of using my Forte BG for pour-over this morning I used my Ceado E37S - 18 grams of Black Cat Analog straight into the Kalita 155. Not change to the grind size at all, just your typical espresso grind. It was pretty good! Very bold, but not bitter at all!

Well, separate streams is way more encouraging than I'd hoped... Seems like a useful option for pump machine users for consistency... Alas, perhaps not as useful for leverheads unless low flow also works
