Hi Folks,
I have an IR-5 Diedrich with automation and hooked up Artisan on laptop via USB. Phidget 1048, all looks good on both Diedrich screen and Artisan with the factory thermoprobes in place.

However, my "EVENTS" are not saved at end of the roast on my laptop. The Artisan profile/graph is saved and the Roasting Report accurate but the "Events" not saved to graph after roast is stopped.

Any thoughts? Hoping it's only a setting issue, but I'm not a computer mensa.

Thanks,
David

Hi David,

I'm sure they are saved. Take a look in Config>Events... The Events checkbox near the top should be checked. Hope that solves it.

Thanks for the reply, appreciated.
The "Events" button is checked. The events are marked on the profile as the roast moves forward, and on the graph at the end of the roast. But, as soon as I save the graph or roast data, the events are lost. They do show on the Roasting Report, listed as data but not on the graph itself.

Other thoughts?
David

Config : Events... --> in the "config" tab, change "Bars" setting from Value to Type

Also try this, Config : Axes... --> in Temperature Axis, set the Minimum to "0"
