I built REX C100 clone PID setup for my VAM.
Unfortunately there is auto-tune option (working). So I have a problem
getting some good starting point.
Is anyone using Rec C100 SSR PID or similar and can provide
their P,I, D, Anti-Windup (AR) setting?
Running on full power - 230V.

Is it a clone or the rex 100 ? I have built a multipurpose pid a while ago (well, built...assembled is closer) that looks very familiar to the rex 100 and that one has autotune.
Did you scrounge the web for a manual?

Yes it is REX clone.
It has K input, and there is option of auto-tune in menu though cannot set it to 1.

Either something is blocked or simply it was cut-out.

Either way auto-tune runs and after finishing you should have set of parameters that can be used.
Though for sure full power caravel and quarter power would have slightly different parameters.

I found this to manual tune, says start with P at 15% of SP, which would be around 100c on espresso machine, so I guess P=15, I=60 and D=P/6=10. Tweak it from there. https://www.watlow.com/downloads/en/whi ... 0loops.pdf.
