I have already bought a second-hand Mazzer SJ in perfect condition so I am just missing the espresso machine to get rid of my capsule nespresso once and for all .
The black oscar (the ugliest one ) with the opv and vacuum valve actually is ~620 euros so with 650 i can also buy the tamper, the steam pipe etc...

I personally still would get also the giglers (restrictors) and the Sirai pressurestat. Without restrictors I believe you'll have to do a whole lot longer cooling flushes if the machine has been idle for some time and Sirai lets you adjust the boiler temperature and is a commercial grade pressurestat, so longer lifetime expected. Along with anti-vacuum and OPV you'll only have to pay 35€ extra. Not so much if you end up using it for years and years...
For that 35€ you'll only get about 1kg of quality coffee.
