Hey everyone, I'm getting ready to upgrade my grinder so that my Lido 2 can go back to pour over duty.

I'm using a La Pavoni EP, and have been using the Lido 2 for around a month now for espresso. I also own an Ascaso I2, but don't really use it. Biggest complaints for the Lido are that it is hard for me to adjust my grind accurately, and that it can take a while to grind my ~14g dose. I really like how quiet it is and the solid feeling it has. I have no problem with a hand grinder.

The biggest things that I am looking for in a new grinder are:
1) Taste in the cup.
2) Ease to use / consistency
3) Quietness

I really would like to try to spend less than $400 dollars, which pretty much leaves me with the pharos (which looks great!) and the refurbished vario (which seems really easy to use).

Right now I'm leaning toward the pharos, but I wanted to hear if anyone would recommend the vario or something totally different.
Thanks!

Pharos, and then look up my dial scale somewhere on here, having the brass round dial scale mr. Dial made for me was awesome, also budget for some bench dogs and something to put them on.
