Just tried Nectar at the Boise Saturday Farmers Market downtown. 2 group Bosco lever, and K30 grinder. They roast their own beans--on this day it was Guatemala Huehuetenango. One of the best cappuccinos I have ever tried. Very friendly. Cart only at this point. They park the cart at Trailhead, a tech incubator right next to the farmer's market on other days of the week.
