The time ranges used per phase for this evaluation can be configured under menu Config >> Statistics.

So, since this topic is ranging all around Artisan, who wants to tell me what they do with the Wheel Graph Tool ?
The various wheel graphs are interesting and pretty, but....how do you use them?

The wheel graphs are there to select coffee flavours and aromas. But you have to make your own graph to avoid possible conflicts. For example,

It could be used for other similar purposes too. For example, they are used for wine and beer too. You should be able to pick elements and send them to cupping properties (right click).
