I tried making a latte this morning, and was pleasantly surprised with the steam performance. It was much easier to work with and the time it took was not bad at all. The texture on the milk was excellent. I am going to try to stick to default settings for a while and then increase the performance if I feel that the power is really limiting my volume.

Overall very happy with the purchase.
