My drip tray insert is very easy to remove and insert. Is there a burr or bend somewhere that's binding yours? I just wish that insert was removable without pulling out the entire drip tray slightly.

Just a snug fit but the metal is a little on the thin side

It's listed! So what are you replacing it with?

Maybe a Londinium 1 or I may just step up and order a custom Bosco

I have a profitec pro 700 and am currently using a Quamar m80E. I decided that instead of saving to upgrade the machine that I would upgrade my grinder. I currently have a macap M7D on order. If you really have upgrade fever you could always do something similar if your grinder is not up to par with your machine.

That may be the problem

Replaced my grinder with a HG-one, since then I've been craving a lever....haha

Barring any unforeseen problems, once my Ceado E37S arrives to accompany my Profitec I'll probably be set with espresso equipment until the next life.

How are you liking the HG? I was thinking about going down that road but not sure I wanted to crank that handle every time I wanted a shot. Especially when trying to dial in a new coffee.

Love it, love the process, the smell, it's an event, process, my cup of tea as they say.
