Hey Fern, I tried the thermal sensor mod but no luck. Maybe my timing isn't quite right on the switch. I didn't have a momentary around so just used a standard switch. If I click and release both switch and start button too fast it just starts to cool down as normal. If I do the thermal switch a little longer I get an et error. Any ideas.

I think I figured it out. Opening up the one lead of the Thermocouple is giving it a max reading not a minimum. Guess maybe I should have shorted the two leads instead.
