Question here from a non electrician
Thinking of pulling an upgrade trigger here.
Currently have a 20 amp circuit in my coffee area. Would it be dangerous or bad idea to plug the mini into such a circuit ?
20 amp plugs won't fit into a regular outlet but regular plugs will fit into a 20 amp socket.

The Linea Mini comes standard with a 120V 15 amp power requirement and can plug into any regular kitchen outlet.
Most modern kitchens have several 15 amp outlets on a single 20 amp circuit under the assumption there will be more than one appliance plugged in, but the total draw will not exceed 20 amps. High demand appliances like electric ovens have a dedicate circuit. In your case, unless the Mini is on the same circuit as a similarly high demand appliance, you're fine. You should total up the total load and leave a good margin of error since the power draw can spike momentarily, e.g., electrical motors on startup.
