Sorry if this is old news, I did a quick search RDT + ease and didn't see it.

I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS A GOOD IDEA, but when I use a little more water I've noticed that grinding with the Pharos is much easier. I drip several (5 +) drops from my fingers into the center of a cup of beans, don't shake - so they won't stick to the cup, pour into the grinder THEN shake.

It might be bad for the grinder.

It might impact distribution.

Etc.

When I use too much water I'll get some wet grinds sticking to the exit of the grinder, but the coffee in the PF always appears dry.

There is usually some water in the upper chamber, I leave the popper stopper off when I store the grinder.

I don't know enough to recommend this but if you have given up on Pharos for espresso, or for light roasts, you might try once or twice to see if it helps.
