Nice upgrade. I'm pretty much on the same path, for similar reasons. My Duetto will be going to a new home soon, to be replaced by the Linea Mini. It may not be logical, but sometimes you have to ignore logic and go with your heart.

The Duetto is on its way to me. I'm very excited to receive this. It should be a nice upgrade from my HX Alex machine. I have no complaints about the espresso from my HX machine, though, as I have mastered the cooling flush with the help of a group head thermometer and a Scace device. I am looking forward to the temperature management simplicity of the DB setup. Anyways, enjoy the Linea mini. It looks to be a fantastic machine.
