Daily Driver Drip Setup

What's your daily-driver setup for brewing drip?

I use a wilfa presijon with an 8-cup chemex + KONE filter.

Chemex Ottomatic using bleached square, prefolded Chemex filters and a Lido 2 for a grinder

Currently a Brazen+ - I'm not exactly blown away by it. The filter basket needs a redesign to support the filter better (filter sags into open void - tapered walls would prevent this) and I know it isn't built for the long haul. I actually miss my Bunn Phase Brew (gifted to MIL - still working).

I will likely replace it with a Technivorm. I've been seduced by my parent's Moccamaster Grand. It just works. You turn it on and you get great coffee.

I've learned to stay away from plastic equipment. It leaches out toxins and stuff.

For my daily morning pot:

Compak K3 Touch and Brazen Plus with Bunn paper filters.

Generally very happy with it.

Bonavita temp controlled kettle and clever coffee dripper are my daily drivers. Simplicity is good at 3:30am on work days. IMO the clever dripper is the easiest brewer to consistently produce good coffee with without going full auto.
