Hello,

As I venture into espresso making, I am in need of a good sturdy table by which to place my La Pavoni and a future HG-One. My kitchen counter tops are taken up for the most part, so I may put this in the "man cave". I do not want to spend too much money on this since my money is going into coffee equipment, but I figured you all would have some good ideas. Any recommendations?

You get bonus points if it has wheels! :)

Thanks!

We made a table out of iron pipes. For the top, we first got a wooden shelf from Lowe's or Home Depot, I forget which, which didn't work too well because it warped from the weight. I got a butcher block counter top from Menard's which is much thicker and so far is working fine. I put several coats each of oil and wax on it so I hope it will put up with the water and coffee ok. We just googled iron pipe table images and scaled down the directions of a dining room table we found. It's very sturdy and looks pretty cool, so I am happy with it.
