Hey guys. I've had my LIDO 2 about two years now, and all of a sudden the adjustment ring has started to become extremely difficult to turn. It feels like it's mis-threaded or something. I unscrewed it from the body and replaced it several times but that seems to actually make it worse. Sometimes it gets so tight that I have to stabilize it between my legs to turn it. Any ideas how to fix this?

Wash with soap and water both rings and the lower carrier threads. See that fixes it.

I just took it apart and the threads were corroded with coffee grounds. Should have checked this to begin with. Thanks
