I know there's many people out there looking for a solution to control the flow rate from the V60 kettle. I certainly needed one and it immediately improved my pourover results, to the point they're almost enjoyable. (I'm a diehard espresso man, currently without a 220v outlet)

After looking around for an ideal flow restrictor solution across the boards unsuccessfully, I decided to try shoving some various parts of my own down that gooseneck.

Came across this La Cimbali jet nozzle filter. Compresses perfectly into the spout from the inside of the kettle, all stainless steel (no worrries on the stove!) and even filters that out going water. What a trifecta, had to share it with my fellow coffee alchemists.

I would recommend buying a few or using some acid to clean them up occasionally, the water here is very hard and the screen will scale affecting flow rate.

Best of luck on the quest for the best cup! :D
