Since you're in Russia, what retailers are you considering? If we know what products are, and aren't, easily available to you, that would help with suggestions. Is anything from any European retailer an option for you?
Sure, I'm not even considering Russian retailers. In short, prices are unbelievable high, so I can afford any product from any country.

Thus I was talking about Europe market, something like Germany and Italy.
Here're just a few shops I've found so far:
https://www.espressocoffeeshop.com/
https://www.coffee24.de/
http://www.stoll-espresso.de
http://de.allyouneed.com/

Update: what is interesting is that http://www.stoll-espresso.de/mahlkonig- ... muhle.html says it's new 2013 model.
I requested the manufacture date from the seller.
Update 2. The seller said that the grinder was produced May/june 2015

I just ordered HG one with tin aftermarket burrs. My second "real" grinder, the first should be Hario mini mill)

Thanks everyone.
