I've searched all over the place for information on this, but the majority of the articles / posts deal with HX machines. I was wondering if anyone could share their experience using the thermometer on a single boiler E61. Idle thermometer temperatures, starting thermometer temperatures, and brew thermometer temperatures. I'm able to achieve an approximate 196F reading after 1 hour warm up, but after some usage I'm spiking at 210F which should roughly translate to 206F brew temperature.
