The Huky can do 150g, I did it a couple of times.
Maybe 125g is possible too, try it.

An airroaster can do fine; but the Freshroast, you'll need to slow down to get a usable light roast, You can do this by using fewer beans ( 65 to 70 grams rather than 85 to 90). This gets you faster airflow at lower temperatures. It'll get fiddly at the end of the roast. The alternative is to plug it into a variac or power dimmer, or hack the odd fan (12 volt DC in series with a resistor/heater)

If you splurge on the sr700 and join the face in group you can get in on the beta computer program and at least have a high level of repeatability and with small batches.
