Not to derail the topic, I haven't had illy in a while, but you said illy coffee out of a can is still in prime condition 5 days after opening it? That is a surprise to me...

I did not mention Illy coffee in any way. What I said was the coffee that I ground and then placed into the CFS lasted just 5 days.
