Aristarco EMA 80 Wiring??

So I tore apart my Aristarco EMA 80 that I picked up on EBay. Of course I was diligent about taking pictures and documented where everything went so I could put it back together. A couple months went by, my phone broke, and the pictures are nowhere to be found.
So now I'm uncertain on the wiring. Does anyone have detailed pictures of the wiring?
I did find a few links but I need more detail:

(I also have red/green color "defect" which makes things a bit harder.)

Okay I figured it out. The problem was I had never seen a commercial machine in operation or understood what the various buttons and switches did. Once I figured out the box with all the wires was a contactor (relay) and not a timer things made sense. The other noteworthy item was the latch from the contactor output to the "A" control terminal. The latch kept it running until the circuit was broken via the "full" switch in the hopper.
