Looking to pick the collective brain a bit. Got a used Guatemala that I love, but think the burrs out to get replaced since I don't know how much use they had, and I think they look a bit worn.

I have looked into new burrs and I found out that there is apparently a 71 mm, 73 mm and "slanted" replacement burr options. I'm very curious to learn if anyone knows any info about the various options? The slanted version sounds intriguing, but not sure what the intended application was that went into the design. Is one of these a specialist in some type of grind?

Second question is new or resharpened? Anyone ever used a resharpened set? Any reason to think that new is much better than resharpened? I'd guess that resharpened should be fine, but have no experience with it.
