Changing up the LCDs in Artisan

Here is what my array of LCDs looks like right now

I would like to do a few things:
Re-arrange ET BT MET (BT, ET, MET) or at the very least move MET up with the others;
Change the background color for the MET LCD to black.
Add an LCD for Delta MET.

Can I do that? Can you tell me how

That would be very cool.

Already on my list. Directly after that "add a rotating 3D logo to the about box" entry.
