I have had a really hard time getting good microfoam from the stock Bezzera wand with 2 hole tip on my BZ07 and recently upgraded to the no burn steam wand offered by Chris' Coffee to see if that would improve things. I am now getting perfect microfoam every time. I think the improvement is due to the smaller 0.9 diameter steam holes. Just thought I'd post in case there are any others out there frustrated with steaming on their BZ07 or BZ10.

Don't get me wrong, I was able to make descent microfoam and poor latte art but it was far from cafe quality. Also, no matter what I did, the stock wand/tip would always spit out a bunch of bubbles when turning off the wand after steaming. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me but that problem is gone as well with the new wand....
