Hi HB,
I have been noticing burnt chaff on beans after roasting. There is no way for me to manipulate airflow, which I know is a way to get rid of the chaff, does anyone have any ideas of how to more effiecantly get rid of burnt chaff? Any advice is welcomed.
For a little more information:
Charge weight: 50 lbs
Charge Temp: 390F ET
1C: 395-400F (ET) roughly around 10:00
Drop Temp: 420 F (ET) roughly around 11:30
