Hi coffee friends!

Just got myself a lovely Nuova Simonelli Appia II 1 group in red =)
It came with a plastic tamper and a strange basket...
The seller lent me a Grinta grinder with new burrs until I get a new one.

I think this is what I need to buy next:
- Tamper! + mat
- Knock box
- Cleaning products + tools
- 500ml +- pitcher
- Naked portafilter
- VST basket
- IMS shower screen
- Grinder (Compak on demand?)

Any tips/advice are really welcome!

Congrats! I have the older Appia 1 group and I love it. For what you listed, I would personally skip the IMS shower screen and give EPNW HQ baskets a try in lieu of the VST's to start with for more economical choices. A 500ml pitcher is good for larger drinks, but I find myself reaching for my 350ml/12oz pitchers more often than the larger ones. Also, I replaced the stock steam wand tip with this 8mm Steam Wand Tip to tame it down a bit for smaller pitchers. Not sure if the Appia II came with this tip or not, but I'll see if I can snap a couple of photos of the two side-by-side if you need.

Also, the measurements may be a little different for the Appia II, but here's the thread where I custom cut the nylon grills to completely cover the cup tray on mine: Modified Cup Warming Grills
