Just wondering, is there any way to speed up that process? Sometimes I forget to roast before I run out of roasted beans, and then I have to wait 48 hours before I can drink a decent cup again. Very frustrating...

Grind the coffee and then wait five or ten minutes. It won't taste as it will a few days on, but it won't taste like baking soda either.

Best,
