My order of Black Cat arrived Friday and even though it was roasted on Wednesday I couldn't wait and had to pull a shot even though I have heard that BC does best with four days of resting. Well, I couldn't stop at one and ended up pulling 3 doubles, 5 risrettos and then made an Americano.
Saturday I only pulled two shots and they were good. Sunday I pulled a few and while good, they were not as good as I made Friday, they had less clarity and weren't exploding with flavors.
Has anyone else had any similar experiences? Perhaps I need to run out of coffee more often
