Are you supposed to roast with this or just sit and admire the looks?

Props to Prof- at least he had a good digital camera! I sure didn't..

It was good to See Prof_Stack (Norm) and Fullsack( Doug) and JohnK( John) and met Johns friend Brian who admitted to lurking about and I seem to forget his name.. Sorry BrianI can almost hear you saying it -

Doug is now full of cupping and defects information and steaming towards roasting on a big scale- The rest of us just had fun.

I am in the middle of a brutal travel schedule so I hope to fill in notes and a few bad pictures ( maybe from my Blackberry...- my camera did not make it...)

There were two commercial levers there up and serving- but the shots were only -OK- I have to say that Doug had us visit the Malabar Gold booth- it was great!Pulled out a naked PF and on a LM - Quite tasty - I seemed to detect maple syrup!---- Really!

There was no Gaggia booth and there were no booths by Mazzer. We did see the Cimbali grinder with the built in lever tamper ...
