Breville Dual Boiler Mods and Maintenance

(I just got back from Melbourne last night) There is no diagnosing, only guessing, without looking at what is going on inside the machine. So... Enrico CE-12 Restoration

That PF wash from eBay and not even the right one. I had to grind down the inside quite a bit to get it to fit around the shower screen and then permanently affect the bottom of the basket. That was actually the hardest part because I've never used silver solder or soldered anything that large befor...

Making Thick Lasting Cappuccino Foam With Oatmilk

I'm currently using Oatside (like the taste). But I can't get it to produce the nice thick (thick) cappuccino microfoam that I can with dairy. Perhaps was a cheap and standard solution at that time, but the use of adjustable thermostats instead of fixed ones ...

Best method to steam/heat/froth milk for a lever machine user?

I currently have a nanofoamer lithium paired with my robot but it's a pain for me to use. I'm often under or overshooting the milk temperature by heating it in my microwave, and the consistency I get from using the nanofoamer seems to vary. I did have a Profitec Go for a bit but the shots paled in c...

Steaming Help Needed Olympia Cremina

Sounds like your proceeding reasonably. I, too, use a one-hole tip, whole milk, and don't fill above the base of the spout on my 10 oz. pitcher. When I first got my Cremina, even with a decade of milk steaming prior, I had to practice steaming with with a drop of liquid dish soap in water to get

Difficulty adjusting brew boiler pressure ECM Synchronika

Hello everyone. I am the new proud owner of a 2 year old (marketplace find) ECM synchronika. After my Breville died on me, I thought it was time for a nice upgrade. I had enough with my latte milk taking almost 2 minutes to froth! So after a bit of research, I found a nice deal on marketplace for
