Cafes in Turin Italy

I was there in August and my favorite cafe was Baratti & Milano. I waned to go to Cafe Al Bicerin but it was closed for the summer break. I highly recommend having a bicerin when in Torin as they are fantastic! Ciao!

Coffee freezing and thawing

I do a similar thing, freezing about 5 days worth at a time. When I pull out a bag, I spread it out on towel and it 'defrosts' within about 5 minutes or so. I think you would get inconsistent grinding if you put them in the grinder cold/frozen vs. once they thaw completely. You really want to

Any good coffee shops in Israel?

Compak K10 Fresh - Grind adjustment changing on its own

Are you sure that the burrs are actually moving? Could it be that the regulator is turning but not actually make changes to the burr's? Having recently taken mine apart and cleaned it out, you can see that it is actually not easy to adjust the burrs, and for me, it takes a decent amount of force on

2 month old Kimbo from Italy produces great espresso. I'm confused!

I was watching the show "Dangerous Grounds", and they had an episode about how La Colombe now has this amazing Italian based espresso called Mario Batali Roma Espresso.
