Calling all Titan grinder owners... help me decide
Single dosing with the Doge Conico is no problem - The chute is a sligthly oval tube made of steel, and this makes it easy to get all the grinds out. Relax! I don't think it's possible for milk to enter your boiler after only one attempt. And yeah, the creaking could very well be the spring seating

The creaking might come from the seals, if they aren't well lubricated. They probably are, but if the creaking doesn't stop after some more shots I would pull the piston and apply a thin layer of food safe silicone grease. (Maybe you have some of this for your Pavoni?) Thank you for sharing this! Going from the Pavoni to Londinium I must be a huge leap in temperature stability and consistency How are you liking the espresso so far? Are you using a 16 gram dose?

Excellent idea! Vegar, all eyes are on you now - Charge your camera and get some fresh beans, we're probably just as impatient and enthusiastic as you are! (I curse my electrical system for it's measly 10 amps in the kitchen...)
