What's a light roast?
I agree and that's why we have a mechanical knob on top of the ROEST. One press on the touch screen combined with rotating the knob on the top and your in full manual control of the roast

Could it have been more than 4 months ago? Their probat has been disconnected since august last year. Anyways, I was only curious. We just had a photoshoot with Nordic Approach today and we will write a blog post about how they use ROEST for all their sample roasting. /Sverre

It must have been a long time ago if it was roasted on a Probat, they use 3 x ROEST sample roaster today at the Nordic Approach HQ

Solar Tech 2kg Roaster confusion! Not consistent roasts!
Heating it up higher before your first roast should help, but you might wanna try recording -everything- you do during a roast and see if there is anything you have missed

For some reason it only reads the last ramp/soak time and temperature. We press set after each input in "set RS", then "START", then "ramp/soak ON". {image}
