I think my pump is toast
I watched your video. Your pump is dialing up pressure to the required 10 bars and holding. Once it hits the 10 bar with a blind basket it goes silent. Sounds and looks okay to me. If you want to investigate further, call the techs at Chris' Coffee Service. They are very helpful

Ritual Coffee - Double Rainbow
I was introduced to ritual roasters by a local shop in Reno-the Hub Coffee Co. I started ordering their double rainbow. If I order on Friday, they roast my order Monday, ship on Tuesday USPS priority and I have it Thursday. The suggest letting it rest 7 days. It is my favorite coffee here is

Better steam tip for Quickmill Alexia?
I could use some advice on steam tips for the Quickmill Alexia. I primarily drink espresso without milk. But for the once a day cappuccino I have struggled to make micro foam for latte art. Macap M4 vs. Baratza Vario? Which way should I fall
Thanks for all your input. I decided to go with the Vario, not because of the settings: Espresso, Drip, FP. I made the decision based grind quality. I had time to get it out of the box and dial it in yesterday. The results: nice fluffy coffee with little or no clumping that settling easily into
