Roasted my first espresso blend.... Brazil Cerrado, Ecuadorian Excelso, Sumatra Mandheling and a splash of Kenyan. Pre blending before roasting, roasted to FC. Nice even roast, which I wasnt expecting. Gonna let it sit for 3 days before trying it out
