These are all roasted beans. Do you mean to say that the two days that they were unfrozen simply means two days of aging, and they can be refrozen again?

Freezer Fail

My freezer went off for a couple of days with lots of my expensive stash in there. Am I screwed? Do I have to drink 40 gallons of espresso in the next 10 days? Or can it be refrozen?

Running a Vivaldi II... As the machine heats up and pressure builds, it emits this high pitch dog whistle sound for a few seconds. After every shot or steam, it happens again. I did see that. But the parameters are very general: "parameters: 18 - 19 grams freshly ground coffee 25 - 35 seconds brewing time 35 - 38 grams of final brew liquid in the cup 93°C - 94°C brew water temperature". I was hoping to hear something a little more specific. Or at least a specific brew ratio
