La Marzocco GS/3 has too much steam power

Once the machine has lots of steam means it works well. the steam is formed beyond 90 degrees, lowering the temperature of the machine does not lower the temperature of the steam. the bubbles form because your milk takes air not because you have to much steam you have to get used to the power

are you sure to buy also the motor maeby you need to change only the pump, you can save your money. i like the first one

also faema conic is a good one but there are important differences to the flat burr to conical burr to faema and BNZ in this case BNZ is better then faema or cimbali

this is a very good grinder i got about 10 of this grinder and works fine the only disadvantage of this grinder are weight and size, the lever is not so strong and occasionally breaks

mazzer all the life: you can use this grinder for all your life and forget to have it, you got just change the burr, mazzer is the N1 in a professional grinders nobody can do better at the moment for my customers i got about 60 mazzer superjolly and major really this is the best grinder in the world...

How much would you pay for a broken la marzocco 4-group

the price can be good 300 but is a very big machine that, you can see the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS here, {link} The boiler is very big, also power consumption is very big for my experience this machine is good over the 5kg of coffee a day, you can use in a big coffee shop. to 0 at 2 kg
