Fellow Ode brew grinder review
Baratza actually understands good support standards. Fellow is decent but is very young and has lots of gaps yet to fill. Comandante could probably learn a thing or 300 from both given how poor their service is

Fellow Ode brew grinder review
Back when I had an Ode and swapped with SSPS I immediately had issues due to manufacturing defects. There was also a mysterious blank screw (no threads, is it really a screw?) Fellow couldn't explain. Fellow replaced the grinder and took the customer feedback on the chin unlike some other grinder co...

New Comandante MK4 grinder
Nonsense. There are ways to highlight specific issues to avoid in writing (like, having it...). Relying on nesting info ins YouTube video with poorly recorded audio for someone to listen to on a phone with our without other noise is an issue. You write a warning and put it in the box and you're set....

New Comandante MK4 grinder
Oh it definitely was user error - user error hat was completely avoidable had they actually put some effort into highlighting the potential issue. I'm not the only person this has happened to. Given I have professional experience in customer space I know what they should be doing and it's not this. ...

New Comandante MK4 grinder
On the first assertion - as stated I completely disagree. The mod is 100% necessary. For you? That's fine if you don't need it. Regarding the rest of your post I can certainly understand how it may seem super laid out and obvious but this is just not the case. You can and should ask for

New Comandante MK4 grinder
They can certainly do what they want as any company can but I work in the customer space and can say with confidence they are clueless at Comandante. It's not a matter of assuming the customer is right. It's a matter of looking internally and accepting criticism, and not responding defensively then ...

New Comandante MK4 grinder
As I mentioned, yes. There were only 5 clicks between over and under extracted using a refractometer, ceteris paribus. That's not enough to dial in. With that said, it's completely tangential to Comandante having terrible customer support and blaming customers for their negligence

New Comandante MK4 grinder
I disagree with that assertion. It's very helpful. One could say I don't need a $350 hand grinder either. Stalemate

New Etzinger etz-I grinder
I have a C40 Mk4 that I've been using as a fill in before I can grab another "end game" grinder and don't recommend Comandante at all. The grind is nice actually, but the customer support from Comandante is abhorrent. I'd avoid them at all cost
