Faema Faemina drip tray in 3D print (STL) format

If the tray won't hold water it can be sealed by brushing on a MILD plastic solvent. Not sure where to get that though. There are typically many tiny holes in that kind of 3D print...in between filaments

Maintenance (assembly/disassembly) of a Faema Faemina (TIME LAPSE VIDEO)

I never steam milk, but the leak does come from the fitting over the steam valve. The steam valve seals were replaced and I get no leakage through the steam wand. I don't think the foil actually ruptured, but maybe there's a crease on the edge where it seats. A slow enough leak that the OPV still op...

Faema Faemina drip tray in 3D print (STL) format

It would probably shatter knocking out the first puck, but if you feel like trying it's an easy model to make. You could use it as a pattern to sand cast one though

Maintenance (assembly/disassembly) of a Faema Faemina (TIME LAPSE VIDEO)

I was never able to replace the foil on my Faemina. The fitting was on so tight I injured my arm trying to get it off. It leaks a little, but not so badly that the machine doesn't come up to pressure. I'll try again with some impact when it stops working

Maintenance (assembly/disassembly) of a Faema Faemina (TIME LAPSE VIDEO)

Love that portable workbench with the gap down the center! Looks perfect for working on the Faemina. Clears the main column or the post in the middle of the boiler. I remember working on the dining room table with the leaves spread apart....good it was due for replacement!

Faema Faemina drip tray in 3D print (STL) format

I'll bring my Faemina parts in to work tomorrow. Shouldn't take long. I'll just be modeling and making STL files. Everyone will be on their own to get access to a 3D printer. Also, expect geometry tweaked for plastic

Faema Faemina drip tray in 3D print (STL) format

I could model something and make an STL file for you. You looking for both parts, or just the tray, or just the grill
