Advice on my extractions

Im having a hard time dialing in my grind. Right now I am use a roast from barefoot coffee, roasted on the 22nd. I am dosing about 19g and at 22-25 second it blonds. If I stop at 20 seconds it tastes really bitter and over extracted. If I stop at 16-18 seconds it taste fine

I have a Gaggia Baby(same internals as the classic) and I am selling it. I really wanted to sell it and get a Silvia, but now I dont know if I should also leap for the BZ07. In reality I really would like to keep a budget of 6-700ish. Does anyone have any experience with Ascaso uno/duo

How Many Espressos Per Day?
